"The landmark health care overhaul passed by the House late Sunday will provide medical coverage to tens of millions of uninsured Americans and will have an impact on nearly everyone who already has insurance. While the measure, elements of which now head to the Senate for reconciliation proceedings, will vastly broaden coverage, it also contains a number of new rules, new costs and other changes.
